Chris Brown Breaks Silence On "Famous Girl" Track

R&B singer Chris Brown has opened up about his alleged Rihanna tell-all track, "Famous Girl," which accuses his ex-girlfriend of being in a secret relationship with Drake.

Brown admitted that the song described his inner feelings but did not confirm if Rihanna was the main subject.

So who, exactly, is this famous girl Brown is referring to? Is it Rihanna? Brown declined to specify. "'Famous Girl' is what it is," he explained in an interview. "I mean, it really doesn't need any explanation. I think what 'Famous Girl' does is just explain how I felt and how I feel about certain situations. So if you want to know what it is, listen to it." While Brown does not specifically mention Rihanna, the content has caused fans to speculate.

Singing lyrics including "I never should have written 'Disturbia'" and "I should have known you'd break my heart," Brown appears to be taking aim at the "Rated R" diva. For months there have been rumors circulating about alleged cheating on the part of both Brown and Rihanna. Singing "Since I thought I found the right womanthere were other guys who thought the same thing about it, like damn you let me down-down-down you famous girl," Brown sheds light on a relationship just after singing "Drake would say that you're the best he ever had. Rumors come and go but you keep a shadow. Every where you go it follows." Brown later laments "Too much pressure I wish I was frozen. Seems we lost our way. I hope you're happy being famous girl." Drake and Rihanna were rumored to be having a romantic relationship this past summer.

Rihanna and Aubrey "Drake" Graham have quashed rumors that they're dating after The NY Post claimed the two were seen kissing at a bowling alley in The Big Apple earlier this week. The former Degrassi: The Next Generation star turned rapper insists there's nothing going on. "I have the most utmost respect for her," he told New York's Hot 97 radio station yesterday. "I think she's so talented. It's not like that at all. I'm being honest. [She's] just a friend that's all." (Hip Hop Pop Crunch)

Brown's new album, Graffiti, is projected to sell around 100,000 copies in its first week.

Jive/JLG's Chris Brown returns with Graffiti, which is on target for between 95-100k as the next highest newcomer, while Warner Bros. Birmingham, AL, rapper Gucci Mane is right behind him, with a projected total of 85-95k. Virgin/EMI's Thirty Seconds to Mars declare This Is War with a projected total between 65-75k, followed by Mailboat's Jimmy Buffet (60-70k), Priority/EMI's Snoop Dogg (55-65k), E1 Entertainment's BG (40-50k), Blackground/Interscope's Timbaland (35-40k) and Columbia Virginia Beach hip-hop duo Clipse (30-35k).
