Three 6 Mafia's last album, 'Most Unknown Known" was definitely the truth. At that time Three 6 was the biggest independent group probably in Hip-Hop. In three years time, Three 6 is now internationally known with a show on MTV, Adventures in Hollyhood, an Oscar win for their work in the movie 'Hustle & Flow,' and numerous appearances in Pop Life. Three 6 finally drops 'Last 2 Walk,' their 9th album, and the album they hyped the whole time on 'Adventures in Hollyhood.' Changes were made to L2W before release with the original lead single, "Doe Boy Fresh" featuring Chamillionaire left off the album and "That's Right" featuring Akon getting some rework.

While Three 6 Mafia is been all about the street life over the course of their work, we now know Juicy J and DJ Paul aren't in the streets like they used to be. Adventures In Hollyhood showed they party and have fun much more often then it would ever seem. Although we believe they've left the street life, Three 6 has a few tracks that follow the formula. "Corner Man," "Trap Boom," "Weed, Blow, Pills," and "Get Ya Rob" are just a few to name.
Juicy J and DJ Paul do have their party share tracks. Current single breaking in the clubs and on radio "Lolli Lolli," "I'd Rather," and "I Got." "Lolli Lolli" obvious the more catchy and radio friendly is sure to continue to push Three 6 commercially. With fast tempo, the T-Pain inspired voiced hook, and the snyth's punching, "Lolli Lolli" is a solid club banger.
While it seems all Three 6 does is party and bullshit, "My Own Way" featuring Good Charlotte does showcase Juicy J and DJ Paul reflecting on life. "My Own Way" also showcases somewhat a different sound, and changes up L2W from it's repeatability. The Lyfe Jennings assisted "Hood Star" is right next to "My Own Way." While not as different from Three 6's sound it is a change from the rest of the content on L2W.
