Tone Loc Recovering After Concert Seizure, Released From Hospital

Tone was released on Friday after collapsing during an outdoor concert in Florida, officials said. Colleen Kirsch, spokeswoman for Gulf Breeze Hospital, said Friday afternoon that Tone Loc had been treated at the hospital and released. The rapper's manager, Bobby Bessone with B.A.M. Management/Entertainment Artists Agency, said flight delays and heat contributed to the collapse. He said the rapper is recovering. (Associated Press)

The open-air club on the Portofino Boardwalk is subject to weather conditions, which included temperatures in the low 80s and humidity of about 87 percent, according to weather reports not unusual for this time of year.
